A per-player number feels doable. $10,000 ÷ 20 players = $500 each, about 12 gifts of $40.
- Add up tournaments, travel, uniforms, gear, field time, officials
- Subtract what dues already cover
- Divide what's left by the number of players
- Divide by a typical gift to see how many gifts each player needs
