Text 1 · Launch day
Send to 8–10 people who already love your kid: grandparents, aunts, uncles, godparents.
Hi! [Name] is playing [sport] with the [Team] this season. Instead of selling cookie dough, the team is raising money for tournaments and gear. Here's [his/her] page if you'd like to help: [link]. Any amount means a lot. Thank you! ❤️
Text 2 · Mid-season update
Share a photo or a game result. Progress makes people want to help.
Quick update: [Name] had a great game Saturday! The team is [X]% of the way to its goal. If you haven't had a chance yet, here's the link: [link]. Thanks for cheering [him/her] on!
Text 3 · Last 48 hours
One gentle last call to anyone who hasn't given. Then you're done. No more asks.
Last call! [Name]'s team fundraiser closes in 2 days. Every bit helps get the team to [tournament/trip]. Here's the link if you'd like to chip in: [link]. Thank you for supporting [him/her]!
Tip: grandparents and family give most, usually around $25. Ten people at $25 is $250 per player.
